Have you bought something that is defective? Have you suffered an injury case and want to sue for pain and suffering? Has a mistake been made in contract negotiations?
Have you had an accident (skiing or a traffic accident) and are physically injured, have you suffered as a consequence of a failure during your treatment, or had a serious injury and wish to receive adequate compensation?
Under warranty means the claims accruing to a buyer where the seller has delivered defective goods or work. This is however not only as regards the purchase agreement, but also other types of contracts, such as contracts for work where there is a warranty for defects in the work delivered.
Here the difference from a guarantee has to be distinguished. A guarantee is a promise that is delivered under a contract, but for which there is no legal obligation. We advise you on the legal framework of the warranty, especially regarding the warranty terms and the particular regulations for burden of proof.
We are very happy to advise you in general civil matters and also on house or apartment purchase where we can draw up the sales contract for you and take over the trusteeship. We can also check a contract submitted by the other party.
