After Dr. Forsthuber  had made the decision in 1981 to make the leap from pragmatisierten official to independent lawyer, it was only a matter of time, following his "apprenticeship“ in the big Wiener Neustadt firm of Kosch & Partner, before he, together with his wife Agnes, opened his own law firm in Baden (1985).


Only a short time later he was able to settle one of the largest bankruptcies successfully which gave him recognition and esteem from all quarters. In addition to the law firm he also founded a real estate company, Dr. Forsthuber Ltd. to ensure an optimal  one-stop advice for clients in all property matters. Manager and Managing Director of Real Estate GmbH is Peter Forsthuber.

The number of clients increased steadily in the following years and thus the number of employees, whose education and further training was continually catered for, in the same way as investments were made in equipment in order to continually be at the cutting edge of modern office technology.

In 2012 a further step was taken: with the opening of the "w80 - Founder Centre Baden" SMEs as well as young and individual entrepreneurs were given the opportunity to rent low-priced office space. Managing Director of the Company is Mag. Gottfried Forsthuber


Some lawyers have undertaken their Legal Practice Course in the firm; there are currently a total of three fully trained lawyers available for clients in the Law Office of Dr. Forsthuber in Baden. Although the firm has attained a considerable size over the years, it has retained its family atmosphere and clarity of responsibilities. Every employee and lawyer knows their clients and thus a rapid flow of information as well as personal attention is guaranteed.
